Covid-19 Update

As we work to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Snatched by Ale will implement the following guidelines to ensure the health and safety of everyone. These recommendations are based on Ontario's COVID safety guidelines.

At Snatched, we will work to do our part to keep you safe. We ask that you do your part as well. Thank you for your understanding!

For the office: 

• Removal of decorative blankets.

• Sanitation of the treatment table between each client.

• Frequent sanitation of all contact surfaces (eg. handles, doorknobs, card reader, etc).

• Card payments by tap only.Frequent hand-washing.

• A one-hour buffer between each client’s appointment to allow for sanitizing of surfaces and equipment. 

• Fresh clean towels for each client.

• New disposable skin protective sheets for each client.

For clients: 

• Limit of two clients in the office at all times. Guests are not encouraged. Please contact our office in case you would like to bring a guest. 

• Must wear a protective mask inside the office at all times. Unless receiving treatment, clients and guests must keep 6 feet apart from each individual. 

• Treatments are offered by appointment only. If you seek same-day service, please call or DM before visiting the office.

•  If you have any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Do not attend your appointment if you have a fever (Temperature above 37 degrees Promptly wash your hands as you enter the office.
